Chesterfield County Police have arrested a man in connection with a series of residential break-ins in the Heatheridge, Lake Crystal Farms, Wedgewood and Mansfield Crossing subdivisions that occurred between September and October.
Joshua E. Snead, 22, of the 10900 block of Haverford Lane, was arrested during a traffic stop in Richmond. Police believe Snead may be connected to more than 20 Chesterfield County break-ins. Snead is charged with breaking and entering and grand larceny. He is being held without bond in the Richmond City Jail pending an upcoming hearing in the Chesterfield County General District Court.
