Friends, families, parents and middle and high school students are invited to the premiere of "Survivor Alex Lebenstein: Kristallnacht & Beyond," a documentary by Lindsay Stone on Monday, Nov. 9 at 7 p.m. at the Virginia Holocaust Museum, 2000 East Cary Street in Richmond.
The film follows Mr. Alex Lebenstein on his emotional journey to liberate the part of his mind, body, and soul that the Russian forces could not set free. Speaking throughout the United States and Germany, Lebenstein continues to dedicate his life to teaching the damage of intolerance. From the heart-wrenching images of Nazi brutality in Haltern am See to the thought-provoking scenes of German children, Kristallnacht and Beyond proves to be a film worthy of enlightening generations to come.
