In December, Breath Matters in Midlothian was recognized by the One Good Turn Project, a philanthropic endeavor by Commotion Promotions to help nonprofit organizations spread the message about their organization.

Starting a year ago, for each month, the One Good Turn Project reviewed applications and selected a recipient based on several criteria, including, but not limited to, audience served, timing, value and merit of the cause, impact.

The designated organization is then awarded $500 worth of promotional products to use to promote the good they’re doing. Breath Matters was the only organization in Virginia to receive such recognition.

Twelve more organizations will be awarded the donation this year. To apply, or to learn more about the One Good Turn Project, visit commotionpromotions.com.
