Experience the drums, horns, dance teams and precision moves of every high school marching band in Chesterfield County. The annual marching band exhibition will start at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 3 at Monacan High School, 11501 Smoketree Drive. Admission is free.
These high school marching bands are scheduled to perform: Matoaca, Manchester, Clover Hill, Meadowbrook, Monacan, Midlothian, James River, Cosby, Bird and Thomas Dale. For more information, call (804) 378-2480. In case of rain, the event will take place Oct. 10.
