“When I am coaching, my main focus is to make a difference in the lives of people I am interacting with,” Dobrescu continued. “At Richmond Soccer Network, I have the same ambition. Richmond has great soccer organizations and many wonderful people are surrounding them, which are worth talking about. This is exactly what Richmond Soccer Network is all about.”
